What is NADH?

NADH is found in the cells of every living organism- it’s like the spark plug in the mitochondria that starts ATP energy production. NADH is what makes the mitochondria the “powerhouse of the cell.”

NADH, short for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is an amazing dietary supplement. Many individuals take NADH as an energy supplement because it increases ATP production. ATP, or adenosine triphosphate, is the primary energy carrier of the body. As a result, NADH plays a key role in cellular energy production in the brain and central nervous system.

Why is NADH important?

NADH is a natural energy supplement offering an abundance of benefits on a cellular level. Enada helps increase your overall energy naturally, so you no longer need to rely on less healthy options for energy. Unlike energy drinks and sugary coffee, there is no “crash” when taking a NADH supplement.

Some other benefits of taking a NADH supplement include:

  • Increased stamina and endurance
  • Improved mental clarity and memory
  • Increased natural energy without jitters or the “crash”
  • Strengthened immune system

Enada is the only stabilized, food grade, patented NADH product on the market today.

What is the difference between NAD+ and NADH?

There is a lot of information out there with too much technical jargon and no straight answers. We want to make it easy to understand. Simply put, NAD+ is simply the oxidized form of NADH. It has a lower energy profile than the energy profile of NADH. In addition, NAD+ easily gets destroyed by stomach acid and does not easily cross the blood-brain barrier.
